Check the possibilities of Site and property immersing
13 in the water accumulated due to rain and surface run
off.
Electrocution and electrical machineries immersing in

the water
Check the possibilities of Fire hazards due to short
15
circuit.
Safety precautions for severity of electrocution due to
16 increase in humidity.
Check the status of lightning arresters for tower cranes
17 and other needed locations.

Check is there an effective communication facility

Check all the cables are routed overhead and proper

anchored & will be stable in case of heavy winds
Check all the ELCBs/ MCBs checked & records

available.
Check the stacking of material is above the ground

level to avoid sinking in water
Check whether the staircases are with temporary

hand rails and with proper illumination
Check all the emergency evacuation routes are free

from obstructions
Is the monsoon action plan explained to all in the
29
project sites?

Precautionary Measures Action By

If any other inclusion of water point is identified the point shall be Site In charge & EHS
immediately plugged in immediately on the decision of the Site In charge Officer
and HSE Officer.
The effective working of the diversion dykes shall be inspected before and EHS Personnel
after of every rain.
