Your assignment should be typed, illustrated and presented on A4 paper using 11 font size
(Arial) and 1.5 spacing, wordings used in the tables or figures can be in a smaller font size.
1. This written assignment carries a 10% marks toward the final grade.
2. Plagiarisms in all forms are forbidden. Students who submit plagiarized
assignment will be given a fail grade.
3. This assignment will be due on 7th DECMBER 2020. Late submission will not be
accepted.
4. Citation shall be made based on APA referencing style.
5. There is no restriction on the number of pages.

7. The report should contain introduction or background, procedure, risk management
process conclusion, reflection and appendix. Report should with a front cover page
containing all relevant information including the semester and session
8. Title page: the report title, students’ names, lecturer’s name, and the date the report
was submitted.
9. Introduction: purpose: Usually the Introduction is one paragraph that explains the
purpose of the assignment.
10. Materials: list everything needed to complete your experiment (Not applicable).
11. Procedure: list the steps that you followed to accomplish this project. This should be
complete enough so that a reader can understand the steps followed. Please do not
replicate the procedure provided above. Please demonstrate your knowledge of what
is required of you.
12. Indicate the assignment number, your group number, names, matric numbers, date
of submission, and session on the cover page.
13. The Data section contains numbers. The Analysis section contains how you interpret
the data. Discussion: you should explain your findings
14. Conclusion: The conclusion is a single paragraph that sums up the experiment
15. Reflection: reflection is an important part of this project and you are therefore
expected to explain the things that you learn from this project.
Assignment Question:
The purpose of this assignment is to enhance students’ understanding of how risk
management is performed on all kind of projects. This includes plan risk, risk identification,
qualitative and quantitative risk analyses, Plan risk response, risk control and monitoring.
Against this background, you are required to:
i. Identify any real construction project that has been completed or ongoing.
ii. In either cases (completed or proposed), obtain detail information about the project.
iii. The scope of this assignment covers all aspects of the project chosen.
iv. All assumptions (where necessary) should be clearly stated in the appropriate sections
v. If interview is conducted, details of interview must be provided (where, when, who and
how) questions should be addressed.
