KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I,Jason John A. Villena , of legal age, Filipino citizen, SINGLE, with residence and postal
address Cruz, La Trinidad Benguet, do hereby name, constitute and appoint Atty. Daniel Patrick M
Huliganga, likewise of legal age, Filipino citizen, single with office address at JC 205 PICO Km 5 La
Trinidad, Benguet, as my true and lawful Attorney-In-Fact, for me and in my names, places and steads, to
do and perform the following acts and things, to wit:

“To file, submit and process my application for Petition for Recognition of Foreign Divorce
Decree issued by Superior Court of Washington, County of Lincoln, United States of America in any
appropriate Court of Competent Jurisdiction.

“To claim, receive and receipt all documents that will be issued under my name;

“To make, execute, and sign all other related documents, and deliver, receive, file or submit all
the necessary papers and perform such other deeds necessary to accomplish the foregoing powers.”

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said Attorney-In-Fact full powers and authority to do
and perform every act and requisite or necessary and proper to be done in the exercise of any of the rights
and powers herein granted, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do if personally present,
and HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said Attorney-In-Fact shall lawfully do or
cause to be done by virtue of this power and the rights and powers herein granted.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands this ____ day of August,
