VII. Recommendations
1. Based on the participant suggestions, ACNTS Gender and Development Committee must
provide series of training programs regarding Women Empowerment and Stress Management,
which may be included on their action plan to help teachers overcome stress and develop
strategies that will help them overcome mental health issues.
2. The webinar may also be conducted in a greater scale, Division level, with a big number of
participants.
3. Aside from the series of webinars, Zumba or remote exercises is also encouraged to be
engaged by teachers having different interests and inclinations, especially on the new
normal setting.
4. The seminar is also encouraged to be attended by school heads and other officials.
5. Webinar on Women’s Rights, Health, Wellness and Recreation must be on a quarterly or semi-
annual basis to enhance the skills of the teachers.
