KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, MARILEY PAO WILLIAMS, of legal age, British ciitizen, married with residence at 4 Dorian Close,
Bradford BD10 8BQ, United Kingdom, do hereby authorize and appoint Ms. NIÑA CARMEL PAO VILLAFLORES, my
niece, of legal age, Filipino, single with residence at Tanjay City, Negros Oriental, Philippines, to be my true and
lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place, and stead, to do and perform the following acts and things,
to wit:

1. to represent me in all transactions, documents and agreements pertinent, necessary or proper, for
the updating of my Marital Status from single to married of my respective Tax Identification Number
(TIN) T-190267 with the Bureau of Internal Revenue, Dumaguete City;

2. To pay any and all liabilities, costs and expenses required for these purposes;

3. To accept and receive any and all documents including all official communications from the Bureau of
Internal Revenue (BIR); and

4. To sign, execute, deliver and submit all documents and papers, and perform all acts as may be
necessary and expedient for said purpose.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto the said Attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do and
perform any and all acts necessary or requisite or proper to be done in and about the premises, as fully to all
intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do personally present and HEREBY RATIFYING AND
CONFIRMING all that the said Attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these
presents.
