Contextualized Competency
(Italicized) Identifies and uses adjectives in sentences about the tourism and industry in Capoocan specifically in
KBI Puro or Shoe Island.

A. Teacher-to-Pupil Activity:
Teacher says examples of sentences with adjectives and call some pupils to identify the
adjectives from the given sentences thus, writing their answer on the board. The teacher shall then
praise or give rewards to pupils who got the correct answer (if necessary).

The pupils will be group into three. Each group will be given a picture taken from the Puro or
Shoe Island. They are going to write as many adjectives as they can based from the picture. Then, let
each group present and share their work to the class. The group who wrote the most adjectives or the
group who presented the best is the winner.
