Kent Employees must avoid conflicts of interest or situations where their personal interests could conflict or appear
to conflict with their employment duties or responsibilities.

If an employee finds him/herself in a situation or potential situation of conflict of interest he/she must complete
this declaration form. Guidance can be sought from their Manager or HR, if needed. Failing to disclose a known
conflict of interest may result in disciplinary action.
