Act. 1956 and having its registered office at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.(Here in after

called as 1 party)

sULIR. CoMMBATORE-641402.(Here in after ealled as 2nd party)
Ihe 2 party accepts thal the T" party agrecd to provide the [TES projcct to the 2 party
on an interim arrangement of Single SLOT pack on 02/497/26120. which has to be started
on 02/07/2020, and party will co-operale in implementing the prucess,
1. The 2 party accepts that the Ist party accepts that priced at the rate of Rs.30*- per page
as per Error pcrcentage (As per the quality based) by the 2 party which will be exccuted

3. The 2"d party aceepis that the N party will only be responsible for payment on sälisfactory

4. The 2 party accepls thal the 1 party is at liberty to terminale the contract wilh TWO
MONTH prior notice to the2nd party.

5. The 2nd party accepts that if there is any kind of delay in placing Q. C Report or Project the
2 party should cooperate with the 2 party for five days

6. The 2nd party accepts that the Ist party decision will be the final on deciding all the disputes
provided the disputes should be convincible within both the parties.

Parameters for slot complete rejection (100% ):-


1. File name given is wrong, title mistake. page no mistakc. (Including the zip folder name)
2. Incompiete file.
3. Type only in notepad file

4. Only HTML files should be present in the zip lile,


5. Total number of image files and notepad files are different.

6:Extra temporary files found or file not zipped.


7. Font size not in round figure.

the pages shall automatically match with the IMAGE file pages.
2 Font will be Times new roman font size of 10 for the body text.

lf a line ends in IMAGE file then the same should be done in text file.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREED BY THE 2nd PARTY

I. The files should be submitled on or before 7 PM on daily basis.


2 days once meeting will be held through call of conferences call.
Target per day 20 & above. Compulsory 20 pages.
On or before 15 to 16 days if you finish 240 to 250pages means there after will be considered as
Icave/holiday.
5. The next schedulcd intinmated before one day starting the work.

The 2 party accepts hat the percentage deduction list for the emors done.

The company deeision will be the linal on decriding all the disputes:
The 2 pany accepts that the conpany deeision will be the final on deciding all te dssputes

The 2nd party aceepNs that no dispute shall he entertained regarding Q.C (Quality Chec king)
Report. The accuracy will be decided by the technical officials of the company and is final
and cannot be challenged

The 2n party aceepts that Rejection Criteria (100%):

File name of the converted text file does not match with the correspondence imagefile name.
2. The file should be completed and send it before the deadline mentioned by the company.

9.If the lile is not zipped.


10. The company decision will be the final on deciding all the disputes.

The 2nd party accepts that Termination Criteria (100%):

1. File not submitted for any 2 times, job work has been
rejected for any 2 times, incomplete file submitted for any two
times.
2. Duplication of data found in any page.
3. Any 2 times not achieved the accuracy in overall 12 slots.

4. Any conversion software used. Slots & Agreement will be cancelled


without prior notice The 2" party accepts that PERIOD:

Totally you will havetotvpe approximately 240to 250 pages. Duration: 15-16 davs
The 2nd party accepts that Payment Details:

. If the 2nd Paurty achieves above 90.1% accuracy continuously for 3 Months means the
payment will be increased
2. The 2nd party accepts that there is No Rework for the Job whieh as been Submitted once.

3. AMSITAD TECHNOLOGY cannot be held responsible for non-working occurred on


account of natural calamity / change in law / unforeseen cireumstances. And no claim
representation shall be entertained.

The 2 party agrees that I have no objection to terminate his account for any kind of illecgal
acivities
