Security refund if client successfully get full amount of pay-out from company side. Otherwise deposit will
not be refundable.

EARNING

(a) If client submit their complete project on time under term and conditions and make mistakes under 30,
then they will get payment from company side. Otherwise no pay-out.

(b) If client does not submit their complete project on time under term and conditions, then they will not
get any payment/ free project/ security refund from company side.

ERRORS-FOR AUTOMATIC REJECTION

If File name of the transcribed file does not match with the corresponding image file name.

If Submission of an incomplete file.


If the file submitted is not in .txt format.

If the completed job files have not been submitted within the deadline mentioned by the company

If accent characters used in the transcribed data file.

If any image being found in the transcribed data.

If use of a font/colour other than that specified.

If project not submitted as per rule in a zip/rar folder.

If agreement not signed by client.

If project copy- paste.

If no submission on email on time.

Submission Rules: -

• Submission should be made only on the company's official email address.

• Submission should be made exactly on or before the deadline given by the company.

• File names of the submitted file should exactly match with image files.

• Submission should be made of all pages strictly. Submission should be made in zip folder.

• The zip folder of the submitted files should not contain any other file/folder.

• All the submitted files should be found complete. Any incomplete file should not be found
in the submission folder

• All the Submitted files should be in .txt format

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR TRANSCRIPTIONS


1. Every line in the Transcribed Data shall match with the Corresponding line in the Image
file, thereby the Transcribe Data shall accurately match the Position of the Image file.
2. Transcribed Data should be typed in NOTE PAD as provided by the company.

3. No "Justification" of Transcribed Text shall be made.

4. Auto Spacing of Paragraphs SHALL NOT be made.

5. The Transcribed Data shall be an Exact Replica of the IMAGE file in terms of a Split
in a Word or at the End of a line.

6. Accent Characters shall be typed as Normal Characters if understood or could be


replaced by an "_" (underscore) symbols as a standard practise.
Transcribed text shall be in it's normal Style - 'Bold' or 'Italics' shall not be used.

QC centre will check the random pages in the submission. All the pages will not be checked
and if the accuracy goes below the minimum accuracy required for qualifying then the QC
centre will not be responsible for the further checking of the same.

Note:- This is a Sample accuracy Report. In the same way a report will be generated and it will be
forwarded to the second party by the first party showing which mistakes are there in which line on
which page number and according to the company’s method of calculating accuracy what type of
error it is and hence how much mistake is deducted in terms of accuracy. We will send you the Error
Report in 07 working days after the submission of your Workload. If the QC Centre will find any Error
in the submitted data, then they will send you the Error Report. If the Agent gets below required
accuracy level, then he is not eligible for Payments.
