Oracle Utilities Global Business Unit (UGBU) is a world market leader in developing software
products for the utilities industries. The product set includes products like Customer Care and Billing,
Meter Data Management, Work and Asset Management, Mobile Workforce Management, Network
Management System - just to name a few. These products generate many meaningful data for different
sections of the utility market. Oracle Utility Analytics Warehouse (OUAW) is an umbrella product to analyze
the data generated by these applications. We are transforming the OUA product to the enterprise data
warehouse technology using the Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and Oracle Golden Gate (OGG). We also use
OBIEE, OAS & DV reporting tools to generate the KPI or Intelligence Dashboards.

Liberty Mutual have the Data ware house called PI. Safeco Insurance Data is present in a Separate
Data warehouse called CI. This CI EDW consist of Quote, Policy, Finance and claims information related to
different line of business and Agents through which the Safeco policies are issued. Safeco Insurance had been
brought by Liberty Mutual Insurance in 2009. A new application called QBE is being built for operations like
Quotes, Policies, Premiums and Claims information which is common for both SAFECO and LIBERTY MUTUAL
brands.
Integration Goal is to Support the Analysis and Reporting capabilities about different Agents
Performance and Financial metrics. As part of this effort, Complete Safeco data had been brought into Liberty
Mutual DWH for Reporting though PI. The data flowing through new application was integrated with same
data marts for Agency Reporting and distribute the data for various projects

Description
The project deals with total digitization of all crime and administration functions of AP Police
Department across nearly 1600 police stations and almost 2 lakh police CCTNS aims at creating a
comprehensive and integrated system for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of policing at all levels
and especially at the Police Station level through adoption of principles of e-Governance. CCTNS will operate
through the creation of a nationwide networked infrastructure for evolution of IT-enabled state-of-the-art
tracking system around ―investigation of crime and detection of criminals‖ in real time, which is a critical
requirement in the context of the present day internal security scenario.
The scope of CCTNS spans all 28 States and Union Territories and covers all Police Stations (14,000+ in number)
and all Higher Police Offices (6,000+ in number) in the country. this project includes vertical connectivity of
police units (linking police units at various levels within the States – Police Stations, district police offices, state
headquarters, SCRB and other police formations – and States, through state headquarters and SCRB, to NCRB
at GOI level) as well as horizontal connectivity, linking police functions at State and Central level to external
entities. CCTNS also provides for a citizen‘s interface to provide basic services to citizens.
Andhra Pradesh is one of the state declared as “Advanced State” having similar system called
Electronic Computerization of Police Services (eCOPS) in place and using it extensively across the State at all
the Police Stations. AP Police have experience of more than 10 years in the field of computerization.
