This legal notice is regarding a breach of contract by Mr. Soumen Laha of Spacezen. SUBJECT- Breach of Contract

Dear Sir,

Under instruction and on behalf of my client Mr Kaushik Paul, director and representator of
Acce Global Software Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated and registered under the provisions of
the Companies Act 1956, having its registered office at Astra Tower 4 th floor, office no. 427,
Newtown Kolkata- 700156, I do hereby serve you with the following notice:-

1. That my Client Acce Global Software Pvt Ltd entered into an agreement with you
dated 07.10.20 (hereinafter the Agreement)
2. That my client Acce Global Software Pvt Ltd appoints Spaczin (now known to be as
Manpower Solutions) on a non exclusive basis commencing from 01-10-2020 to 30-
09-2021 for a period of 11 month stating that either party may terminate this
agreement with a thirty day prior written notice to the other.
3. That in terms of the said agreement you are required to give 30 day prior notice to
terminate the this agreement, as per ANNEXURE A, Tenure 1.1
4. That it has come in Notice to my client that   you have breached the contract in the
following manner-
1. My client didn’t receive prior notice before termination of the
said agreement
2. That the company has demanded false clame of INR 618673
regarding the outstanding amount.
2. That the specific clause which are violated or breached significantly are
1. Annexure A Tenure 1.1
2. Annexure B Payments and settlement clause 2.1 A

3. That you are further requested to refer the attached documents proving the
breach of the contract on your part.
4. That on behalf of my Client I demand that you rectify the breach
immediately and take the following steps on your part to make good the
breach done by you-

 Within 15 days of time period you are required to take above specific actions.

 That on failing to take the above stated steps, I will take appropriate legal action
against you seeking all remedial and punitive remedies that are available under the
applicable laws.
