WHEREFORE, on motion of HON. ENA ANGELICA V. TORREGOZA, duly seconded by


HON. JOHN ANDRE G. LALAAN, it was RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED to
pass
A COUNCIL RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONDUCT OF A COMPARATIVE STUDY ON THE
EXISTING GARBAGE COLLECTION SYSTEM BEING USED BY THE BARANGAY TO THAT OF AN
ALTERNATIVE SYSTEM OF HIRING A PRIVATE CONTRACTOR FOR GARBAGE DISPOSAL SERVICE,
AND PROVIDING FUNDS FOR SAID COMPARATIVE STUDY IN THE AMOUNT OF TWENTY
THOUSAND PESOS (P20,000.00) CHARGEABLE AGAINST THE ECOLOGICAL SOLID WASTE
MANAGEMENT PROGRAM

RESOLVED FINALLY, that copies of this resolution be forwarded to all concerned for
reference purposes.
