BDC RESOLUTION NO. 01


SERIES OF 2022

A RESOLUTION AFFIRMING THE RESOLUTION 2022-01 PASSED BY THE BARANGAY PEACE


AND ORDER COMMITTEE, ADOPTING THE 2022-2023 BARANGAY PEACE AND ORDER AND
PUBLIC SAFETY PLAN (BPOPS).

WHEREAS, for review of this council a resolution passed by the Barangay Peace and Order
Committee of this barangay entitled:

“RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CY 2022-2023 BARANGAY PEACE AND ORDER COMMITTEE


AND PUBLIC SAFETY PLAN OF BARANGAY ANIBONGAN, GIGAQUIT, SURIGAO DEL NORTE”

WHEREAS, the Barangay Peace and Order and Public Safety Plan is mandated under the
pertinent provisions of Republic Act 6975, 8551 and Executive Order 309 as amended and
other policy guidelines of the National Peace and Order Council NPOC;
WHEREAS, after careful perusal of the provisions of the subject BPOC Resolution under
review, this council finds the same to be in order and thereby declares it to be with the
prescribed duties of the Barangay Peace and Order Committee to pass;

WHEREFORE, on motion of Mr. Argentino I. Molina duly seconded by Mrs. Liselda G.


Galanida be it;

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to affirm the validity of Resolution 2022-01 passed by


the Barangay Peace and Order Committee adopting the 2022-2023 Barangay Peace and
Order and Public Safety Plan

RESOLVED FINALLY that copy of this resolution be furnished at the office of the Sangguniang
Barangay for file and appropriate action
