Tetanus Toxoid Vaccination, Ferrous Sulfate and Calcium Carbonate
Facilty Based Delivery
Post Partum Visit
 Infant Health
Immunization (at birth – 1year old)
Seek early consultation
 Nutrition
Operation Timbangg
Deworming

 Infectious Disease
 Water, Sanitation and Hygiene
 School Based Immunization

III. HEALTH FINANCING


 The annual budget for Health
 Medical supplies and office supplies
