instead, use it as motivation to keep moving forward.
II. Imagine yourself 40 years from now with your favorite grandchild sitting on your lap.
What wisdom you have learned in life would you like to pass on to him / her?

Life is a never-ending learning process. Everyone goes through phases in their lives where
they go from success to failure, learning from their mistakes and gaining new insights. Some of
these lessons are learned through personal experience, while others are learned by watching
others or reading about them in books, for instance. Despite how much we learn in the
classroom, there is a huge difference between practical and academic experiences. There are
also a lot of life lessons that we can't learn until we're faced with them. What follows is a
compilation of some of my life's most valuable lessons that I'll proudly pass on to my
grandchildren. First and foremost, I would tell them to never compromise their relationship with
God and their family. It should be a top priority. It would be a good idea to emphasize that kids
should follow their own path as their next lesson. Avoid making assumptions about others. As a
result of this peer pressure, they may stray from the path they should be on. Telling them not to
worry about other people's aspirations, and not to let other people's aims and dreams impact
their vision for life.

Encouraging my grandchildren not to let their lack of confidence and courage hold them
back. Setting aside any hesitancy that may be holding them back. Educate them on how to put
their words into action and how to learn from their mistakes so they can do better the next time
they find themselves in the same situation. Good things don't come easy, and they should be
willing to work hard for it. The amount of effort they put in and their ability to learn from their
mistakes would lead them to a prosperous life. Even when they're feeling down, they should
keep trying because the harder they work, the better the results will be. When they are young
and healthy, let them know that it's time to start developing good habits. For this reason, I will
teach my grandchildren that life is short, and that every moment counts, so long as what they
are doing is morally right. After all, we don't know what tomorrow will bring, so it's important to
make every moment count. A lot of times, trying to help others who were making mistakes led to
all sorts of problems and miscommunications, so I learned not to push ideas on others because
they may find me intrusive. Instead, I can simply wait for them to come to me. It would be
wonderful if I could instill this virtue in my grandchildren. Finally, encourage them to be flexible
with their life goals because things will never go as planned, and every action has an equal and
opposite reaction. As a result, they should be cautious in their actions, gestures, words, and
thoughts.
III. Find and circle the terms used by Erikson in his theory. The words may be horizontally, vertically, or
diagonally placed.
