Executive Summary

We look for a foods that is easy to find on the street roads to get rid of our hunger since
Filipino love streetfoods, we introduce the Facebool in Oroquieta City, Misamis Occidental. It is
inspired with variety of sauces to provide new taste of experience to the people of Aloran that
will surely fight their hunger. The Facebool offered variety of fishball sauce as the mains
product of the business with soda and iced tea as a drinks.

Our business will own by three co- owners as the main man power of the business
operating personally. The service is take- out and dine- in. The location of the business will be
located in _______________________ with in city proper as our target market will be busy day
job people, teenagers and food enthusiasts.

Our business provide new experience and competitive edge that can rid of anyone's
hunger. To provide good services and to maintain product quality with prices that are worth
the hunger satisfaction is our goal to become the business will be known in Oroquieta City and
to expand within the city will be our goal.

Facebool requires a capital ______ and by the three 3 owners will contribute equally
______. This will cover business start-up requirements and equipments, location, ingredients
needed to operste the business. The remaining capital will serve as a rotating fund for the
operation of the business.
Introduction

A variety of streetfoods are what we noticed. For this ideas we would like to seek the
attention of the buyers and consumers with our new products which is fish all with special
sauce. We would like to introduce variety of sauce that would consumers taste different sauces.
We would like to propose: ______________.

In today's society people would choose a convenient foods product that has good flavor
and easy to cook that is available in street roads or market. Promoting variety of sauces of
fishball and convenient way of finding this kind of food products.

Company and Management

The Facebool is a partnership organisation owned by 3 co- founders which will be


registered in the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Department of Labor and Employment
(DOLE), and Department of Trade and Industry ( DTI).

Management Team

The strength of our management team positions us for success. Initially, the management
team depends on the 3 co-founders. We all will be monitoring the business activities and some
will specify in a particular area. Mr. Bang will be the head cook because of his experience. Ms
Colarines, on the other hand, will manage the business opeations. And Ms. Riola is the
accountant of the business because if her basic knowledge on how to manage business
finances.

Market Opportunities
The Facebool will be located at the __________________ that is easily accessible by
customers. In that area, all group of streetfoods vendor also located. Most of them offer a
variety of streetfoods but our fishball product is unique and the sauce is our specialty.

Our potential customer will be the people of Oroquieta City. Specifically, those person who
worked nearby in that area and students from different campuses. There are a lot of
competitors in the business because there is a close competition. We need to engaged with our
customers, offer the our best food and give them also the best services.

The Facebool is a fishball foodcart in Oroquieta City with a colorful concept. The owners

welcome to everyone. The owners want wants to appreciate the beauty of while eating
the food snacks.
Fishball had become streetfoods of many Filipinos nowaday. We tend to get our
stomach to fill with the fishalball instead of expensive food. We create our own version
of fishball with sweet chili sauce.

To become a well-known streetfoods in Oroquieta City and to expand in ther locations
within the city will be our goal

 To establish ourselves as an affordable and tasty fishball as streetfood business.
