Meeting Proper
The meeting started with an audio-visual presentation followed by the introduction of the
homeroom teacher.

1. HRPTA Election
 Conducted new set of HRPTA officers for the school year 2021-2022. The Homeroom
adviser served as Election Committees and facilitated the entire election process.
Parents nominated from among themselves and voted for a new set of officers that
would serve as partner in extending services to our learners. These officers will oversee
the day-to-day activities of the said association.

2. Grade 5 Assigned Areas


 Agreed on scheduled cleaning of the assigned areas by batch. Started to bring Horse
Radish to be planted on our assigned area as well as flowering plants in compliance to
OUA memo “Back to School: Let a Million Flowers Bloom”.

3. Updates on the New Normal education


 An audio-visual presentation of parent’s orientation was presented virtually. It mainly
focuses on the things needed to be addressed while the learners were at home, Do’s
ant Don’ts while on virtual lesson/meeting, modes of learning delivery and etc.

4. Gulayan sa Paaralan/Tahanan
 Promoting School and home gardening using hands-on support to the
learners/parents by giving them some tips on how to make their garden productive.
“Gulayan sa Tahanan” is a multi-beneficial program even in the new normal. It is a
community-wide benefit for all, as it will not only touch on the physical attributes but
also awaken the mental and psychological attributes of the children amid the COVID-
19 situation.

5. Reading/Study Corner at home


 Reiterated the formation of reading corners at home. This project from DepEd helps
learners value reading and encourages them to practice their literacy skills despite the
pandemic. It also serves as a reminder for parents/guardians to create room in the
day to read with their children.

6. Others
 All other pertinent concerns were dealt with for the time allotted.
