BI-BOBJ-EP Security

The document provides details on the process for updating roles in Business Intelligence (BI). It states that the BI team requests updates to queries on various roles. The process involves updating the info area, info cube, or reporting component ID. Both the analyser and enquirer roles need to be updated, while the dashboard role only needs updating if specifically requested. Queries need to be published using the query designer or by requesting the BI team. Roles then need to be imported and mapped to folders in BOBJ/CMC. Mass user creation on the portal can be done through a script or by using a mailing template and employee data merged from an excel sheet.
