Secondly we have a website, through which customers can book their orders, there are
customer relationship officers to guide the customer and book their desire apparel.
Thirdly we deliver our products through 3rd party courier services like TCS.

according to the prescribed brand, according to demand of customer, we want to enhance
the experience of customer with efficient delivery system, so that they come back to us
and be our loyal customer.
Secondly we have created an ambiance for customers, in which they feel ease in
selecting the desired articles/apparel, there is an elevator to facilitate our customers.
Thirdly there are promotional features on every wall of our store, the customers can see
the beautiful model; endorsing their desired brands. This gives them a relatable
experience e.g. when people see Ayeza Khan endorsing Alkaram fabrics, they want the
same article, she’s wearing in the poster and we provide our customer with every possible

demand in reference to the catering of their needs. We create a name and we try our best
to make our customer loyal.
9 What do you do when your product does not pass the quality process test?
We return it to the brands; we purchased from.
We are charging on retail price, you can get the same price on the stores of the brand as
well, we also have discount.

11 Transcendent perspective:
As Saleem fabrics is a clothing store so, the element of Transcendent perspective is there as people
will see the beauty of the clothes and then buy them. They also see the endorsing celebrity, this
also attracts them.
12 Product prespective:
The customers compare the different articles before buying them. The consumer behavior is totally
based on his perception.
13 Value prespective :
The consumers see the price and the article and then decide , is it alright for them to buy, is it
justified in this price?
14 User prespective:
The purpose for what the product is being used for, for the customers they buy these articles to
look good and this serves the purpose.
15 Consumer prespective:
Saleem fabrics has a lot of loyal customers , the customers mostly prefer comfortable and trending
looking clotrhes.
