GENERAL ADMISSION GUIDELINES


• Application forms for respective courses can be downloaded from the
college website.
• Application fee of Rs.100 must be remitted online. For paying the
application form fee, please follow the steps given below.

After entering these details, press NEXT. Uncheck all boxes and ensure
that only the “Application Fee” box is checked.
Proceed to make the payment.
• Take two prints of the receipts.
• Attach one to the application.
• Obtain a temporary admission number in the college admission
committee.
• Make the online fee payment using the temporary admission number.
• This completes the admission process.
• Submit original copies when demanded in the college before the last
date and obtain acknowledgement. Originals will be returned either on
cancellation of admission or in the month of January 2020.

DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION


• Certified copy of PUC or Equivalent Marks card (3 copies)
• Certified copy TC and SSLC Marks card (3 copies)
• Caste and Income Certificates (3 copies)
• Three Passport size photographs
• Originals of MC/ TC / Migration Certificate / Caste certificate along with two
stamp size photos are required to be produced at the time of admission approval
by Bangalore Central University
• Students other than the PUC board are required to pay for eligibility certificate /
migration certificate.

Mode of Fees Payment


• Fee payment to be made online through the college website :
vijayacollege.ac.in. Please follow instructions carefully.
• Those opting for Instalment payment of fee have to pay Rs.2000=00
extra in total as the processing fee. Second instalment must be paid
before Dec 31, 2019. Failure to comply will lead to automatic
cancellation of admission.
• Total fee has to be paid on separate URLs : College Fees and MC Fees.
Respective receipts will be generated. Two copies of print out must be
obtained.
• One copy of each receipt must be attached to the application form.
• Fee can also be paid through the Demand Draft. Two DDs must be
obtained. College Fees favouring Principal, Vijaya College and MC Fees
favouring Secretary, BHS Higher Education Society. These must be
submitted at the admission centre and receipt obtained thereby.
SPECIAL NOTE :
• FEE CONCESSION IS PROVIDED TO THOSE SECURING 95% AND
ABOVE IN PUC.
• THOSE WHO HAVE REPRESENTED SPORTS AT STATE LEVEL OR
NATIONAL LEVEL WOULD ALSO BE PROVIDED FEE CONCESSION.
ELIGIBLE CANDIDATES MAY CONTACT PRINCIPAL FOR FURTHER
DETAILS. CLAIM SHOULD BE SUPPORTED BY DOCUMENTS.
