RESOLUTION NO. 06-2021
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SK CHAIRMAN HON. EARL ANGELO N. CARANDANG AND SK
TREASURER HALLEN CEASAR SIASON AS THE SIGNATORIES OF THE OPEN ACCOUNT AT
LANDBANK LEMERY BRANCH.
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan was duly formed last July 01, 2018;
WHEREAS, as mandated by Republic Act 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government Code,
the SK Chairman and SK Treasurer was given authority to sign the issued checks under their
own Bank Account;
WHEREAS, Notice is hereby given to the depository bank that the authorized signatories are
herein provided above the names of HON. EARL ANGELO N. CARANDANG and or HALLEN
CEASAR SIASON.

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of HON. PAUL ANDRIE D. ARTILLAGA, duly seconded and
unanimously approved by the august body, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to authorized SK
Chairman EARL ANGELO N. CARANDANG and/or SK Treasurer HALLEN CEASAR SIASON as the
signatories in the current account at Landbank.
RESOLVED further to furnish copies of this resolution the HON. EARL ANGELO N. CARANDANG,
Mr. HALLEN CEASAR SIASON and all concerned officers for information and guidance.
APPROVED AND SIGNED during 1st monthly meeting this 7 th day of JULY, 2021 at Office of the
Sangguniang Kabataan, Brgy. Hall, Durungao, San Luis Batangas.

revoked, or superseded.
