HUST-SET-ET3210 Lesson2 English

This document summarizes a lesson on electrostatics. It defines electrostatics as fields created by stationary charges and introduces key concepts like Coulomb's law governing the interaction between charges. It also covers the basic quantities of electric field and flux density in electrostatics, as well as properties including Gauss's law, the relationship between field and potential, and the Poisson-Laplace equations that describe electrostatic fields.
