NATURE OF CASE : Homicide
COMPLAINANT/VICTIM : 32 years old Renato B. Hipolito and a resident of Brgy. Apalit
Floridablanca, Pampanga a victim of Homicide declared dead by the
collision on the car done unintentionally by the suspect last 14
November 2021 Monday night about 9:30 in the evening

OF OCCURENCE : The suspect Cardo Panday was last seen at Brgy. Consuelo
OF SUSPECT Floridablanca about 4:58am in the morning of November 15, 2021
wearing gray shirt who was charged Frustrated Homicide for the
November 14 2021 incident, and faces up 12 to 20 years in prison if
convicted. The judge ordered that he be held without bail at Pampanga
Provincial Jail if arrested.

EVIDENCE : The witnesses Chistian Maamo(24), Reymhel Ocenar(22), Rax

ambulance to rescue Renato B. Hipolito. While already boarding the ambulance, paramedics are
trying to rescue the patient but never reach and die before arriving at the hospital. The incident was
also determined to be caused by Homicide, but there was evidence that it had been committed by
Defendant. He was charged by homicide of killing Renato B. Hipolito due to the collision it sustained
a fracture to the body

suspect collided with the victim leading to his death
4. To possibly identify the suspects that will led to their apprehension and
possible prosecution

III FACTS OF THE CASE

5. :Defendant was driving on the highway. and he collided with Renato B. Hipolito as
he was on his way home. The people who are at the crime origins immediately call
for an ambulance to rescue Renato B. Hipolito. While already boarding the
ambulance, paramedics are trying to rescue the patient but never reach and die
before arriving at the hospital. The incident was also determined to be caused by
Homicide, but there was evidence that it had been committed by Defendant. He
was charged by homicide of killing Renato B. Hipolito due to the collision it
sustained a fracture to the body
.

IV INVESTIGATION/FINDINGS

6. The crime was investigated by Police Master Sergeant Carida, who

later began investigating the case, found that most of the evidence
linking Carida to the incident was circumstantial. Someone saw the
incident and after the collision, the suspect left immediately for fear of
being detained -- an investigator from the Floridablanca office had to
examine the debris from the victim.

The victims were examined on November 19, 2021 by Dr.Katherine

Lubong.She reported that Renato B. Hipolito , had a crack in the head
and broken bone in the body. There was several fracture most of the
surfaces of the body however the cause of the death was established
to be the brain comes out of the head

V CONCLUSION

It was foreseeable that police officers would have responded to the

situation, thus exposing them to a life-threatening danger. Driving
recklessly was an indispensable link in the chain of events that resulted in
the death. The court determined that it was hardly credible that the

 defendant's action was not of such a magnitude as to demonstrate a
wanton and depraved indifference to human life. Defendant wasn't aware
that Renato B. Hipolito would suddenly pass on the highway
.

VI RECOMMENDATION/DISPOSITION

After careful perusal of circumstances of homicide is committed by

reason or occasion thereof, the penalty shall be reclusion temporal to the
suspect.He is criminally liable because of his conduct was a sufficiently
direct cause of the death, and the ultimate harm is something which
should have been foreseen as being reasonably related to his acts.
