THIS IS TO CERTIFY that;

1. There has been a personal confrontation as to the incident involving


the afore-mentioned parties in front of the Punongbarangay and Lupon
ng Tagapagkasundo;

2. That despite exhausting diligent efforts and trying out different avenues
for settlement no compromise was met;

3. That this certification is being issued to the complainant so he may


bring this dispute to the proper court.
