CHOCO MOIST CUPCAKE

(makes 24 pcs in 3oz size

1 ¾ cup cake flour 2 ½ cup apf


3/4 cup Dutch cocoa powder 1 ½ cup white sugar
½ cup brown sugar 1 cup evaporated milk

1 cup warm water 3/4 cup powder milk
½ tsp black coffee 1/2 cup grated cheese
½ Cup vegetable oil 1 cup butter

2 eggs Add cheese on top
Bake in pre heated oven
15 min. Pre heated oven 170°c for 15-18 min.
170 °c – 15 - 18 min. Makes 23 pcs. In 3oz size cupcake

mix all together ½ cup grated cheese
½ cup grated cheese for topping
150 °c temp.
Bake in pre heated oven
30- 35 mins cooking time or until golden 170°c for 15- 18 min.
