This refers to the Sangguiniang Kabataan Team Building and Leadership Seminar which we intend to
pursue jointly on June 4-5, 2011 in White Rock Hotel, Subic, Zambales.

As newly elected Sangguninag Kabataan, we would like to undergo such training for our
advancement. To ensure maximum benefit in said undertaking, we will request the assistance of the
Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) and other concerned agencies in the conduct of the
same.
