BEFORE USING THE SCALE


Thank you for purchasing the Electronic Weighing Scale.
Your departments can enjoy with this high quality reliable product.
In order to use the scale properly, please read this User Manual carefully before use.
This manual will help you with proper operations, please keep it handy for the future references.

THE PRECAUTIONS
1. Check the power voltage; fully charge the battery before first use.
Charge the battery by plugging in the power cord, the charging light will be in red. It takes about 8-
12 hours to full charge the battery.
2. Install the equipment on a level and stable surface. Do not use the equipment in an environment of
either
1. Gusty wind (e.g. near an air conditioner outlet or fan outlet)
2. Vibration (e.g. near a heavy machine or E.M.I noises).
3. Install the equipment in a temperature environment within 0℃~40℃, avoid using it in an environment where temperature changes a lot.

4. This scale must be installed in a dry and liquid free environment.

SAFTY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Please confirm that the electrodes “+”, “-” are on the right position.
2. To avoid electric leakage, please do not put the battery in high temperature, or try to disassemble it.
3. Please do not mix different type of dry cells.
4. Please do not use new and old dry cells at the same time.
5. Please do not leave the empty dry cells in the scale.
6. Charging: AC 110-220V(±10%) 50Hz-6V DC AC Adapter 4V/4Ah (battery inside).

PREPARING TO USE THE SCALE


(1)Adjust the corners of bottom to make sure the scale is stable and
horizontal (2)Turn on the power , the scale will be reset.
(3)Make sure "▼"point to “→0←”. If not, please press “ZERO”.

THE FUNCTION OF KEY


(1)TARE
①Press “TARE” , "▼" point to "NET" then the screen will display "0" after you place the container into the scale pan;
②When you place the goods, the display is the weight of goods in fact; When you get off the goods, the display is negative value; when press “TARE”, the scale will be zero.

(2)ZERO
Press “ZERO” before you place the goods in the scale pan to make sure the weight is right.
(3)UNIT
Select the unit of weight by pressing “UNIT”. First you made the scale be in zero, then press “UNIT”
to let "▼"point to the weight unit that you need. If be back to default, you should press “UNIT”. The
default of unit is “lb”, “g” or “Kg”.
(4)SUM or TOTAL WT
Press “SUM” when you need calculate the total weight of goods; press “TOTAL WT” then the
screen will display the total weight of goods that are measured many times or all kinds of goods.
(5)CLEAR
Press “C”, you will clear the information of the memory that the goods are measured many times.
(6)ABORT
Press “ABORT”, accumulation abort key

Sampling and Counting


Directly sampling and counting. This method can be used when the unit weight of the goods is unknown.

1. Firstly, put appropriate amount of goods in the scale pan from 10pcs, 20 pcs, 80pcs, 120pcs, the
weight column will display the weight.
(Appropriate amount of goods depends on its weight and the deviation of each goods. Usually, more
samples will be better so that the average weight is accurate.)
2. Press Clear and hold on for seconds to enter pcs counting mode. At this time, the scales would display
P=10, P= 20, P=40, P=80, P=120 each for 3 seconds.
3. Press Clear to choose one of 10, 20, 30, 40, 80, 120 according to the amount that you put on platter to
sample the unit weight.
4. Put the goods that you want to be counted on platter, it would count the pcs of the goods.

SET AND CALIBRATION INSTRUCTION


Please note: In CAL mode, press UNIT to shift number, press ZERO to shift decimal, press TARE
to change value, press TOTAL to confirm.
Press any key while you turn on the scale, the screen will display “CAL”, the scale is on set status.
(1)Press “SUM” , the scale will be in the LCD display inspection, the screen will display all letter
and be back to “CAL”;
(2)Press “CLEAR”, the scale will be in the key inspection. Press all key to check, then
press “CLEAR” and be back to “CAL”.
(3)Press “TOTAL ”, the scale will be in the set function:
①The set of speed

When the screen displays “SP=”, press “SUM”, the screen will display the number from 0 to 3,
the parameter is as below:

0 quick
1 slightly quick
2 slightly slow
3 slow
Press “TOTAL ” to confirm and proceed into “zero tracking set” function.
②The set of zero tracking

When the screen displays “AO=”, press “SUM”, the screen will display the number from 0 to 3,
the parameter is as below:

0 0d
1 1d
2 2d
3 3d
Press “TOTAL ” to confirm and proceed into “bright set” function
③The set of bright(just for LCD display)

When the screen displays “BL=”, press “SUM”, the screen will cycle display the number from 0 to
2, the parameter is as below:

0 no bright
1 bright
2 bright of weight and no bright without goods
Press “TOTAL ” to confirm and proceed into “electricity-saving” function.
④The set of electricity-saving(just for LED display)

When the screen displays “SA=”, press “SUM”, the screen will cycle display the number from 0 to 3,
the parameter is as below:
Parameter electricity-saving time
0 no electricity-saving
1 20 seconds
2 40 seconds
3 80 seconds
Press “TOTAL ” to confirm and proceed into “bright” function.
⑤The set of bright(just for LED display)

When the screen displays “Ld=”, press “SUM”, the screen will cycle display the number from 0 to
3, the parameter is as below:

0 no bright

1 slightly bright
2 bright
3 light bright
Press “TOTAL ” to confirm and the screen will be back to “CAL”. Then all sets are
completed, please turn off the power.
⑥The set of division

When the screen displays “d=”, press “SUM”, the screen will display the number from 1 to 10,
the parameter is as below:

2 d=2
5 d=5
10 d=10
⑦AS=0 , 1

0 SUM= SUM, TOTAL = TOTAL


1 SUM=speed . TOTAL=dynamic and static state

The alarm setting by the upper and lower limit.


Press UNIT and hold on for seconds until it display SET-BB
Set the lower limit first then set the higher limit.
Press Clear to enter lower setting.
After the lower weight value confirmed, press Clear to enter higher limit setting.
After the higher setting confirmed, press Clear to enter alarming sound setting.
LO=1 the lower limit warning sound turns on
OC=1 the sound of ok weight turns on
HC=1 the higher limit warning sound turns on

LIST OF ERROR MESSAGE


Overload

Low power
①When the screen display “LOBAT”, the battery is low volt , please turn off the scale to charge the battery. When the battery is charging, the LED of charge is
bright, red is in charge, orange is half-full and the green is full.
②The charge time is 8h.

TROUBLE SHOOTING
Power contact

The scale can be powered on without any abnormity, but the charging battery light isn’t on when plugging
AC power on the scale.
Please check whether you have got a short fuse. Please
check whether the power cable is poor contact.
Switch and Battery
If the battery light is on, but the scale can’t work naturally
(1) Please check whether the switch is in poor contact.
(2) Please check whether the battery is damaged.
4.3: LC or AD problem
If the display shows “|_ _ _ _ _|” or “|¯ ¯ ¯ ¯ ¯|”, and the scale beep
Please check whether there is something wrong with the load cell or AD.
A. If it happen when a current zero point has shifted from the last span
calibration. A.1 If a dead load of load cell has changed.
To use a different dead load from the last span calibration, the span calibration must be done before use.
A.2 If the connect resistance of a load cell connector is poor, clean the load cell connector or replace it.
A.3 If the zero point of a load cell has shifted, replace the load cell.
A.4 If the program has failed, replace the main board.
Please note: Any program errors please do calibration again first. If there is still error, please ask for
help from your vendor after you did simple self-checked.

Repair
①Don't disassemble the scale until you get the permission by vendor, otherwise it has no guarantee; ②If the scale has quality issue, please contact specified repaired shop.

A. 1 REPLACEMENT OF THE LOAD CELL


A.1.1 Remove the platter and disassemble the upper case.
A. 1.2 Remove the platform on the load cell with a hex wrench.
A. 1.3 Disconnect a connector wire of the load cell from the P.C.B.
A. 1.4 Remove the load cell from the body.
A. 1.5 Replace the load cell by a new one.
A. 1.6 Connect a connector wire of the load cell to the P.C.B.
A. 1.7 Place the platform on the load cell.
Note: After replacement of the load cell, you must do the calibration again.

A.2 CORRECTION OF THE ECCENTRICITY


A.2.1 Enter calibration mode.
A.2.2 Rezero weight display by pressing the “ZERO” key, if it is needed.
A.2.3 Put a quarter of a weight on the platform by turns as shown in below.

A.2.4 Fine each corner which has a less output than others.
And check each point is within +-1 count tolerance with 1/4 of a load.
B. Replacement of the main board
B.1 Remove the platter and the upper case.
B.2 Take a main circuit board out on the body.
B.3 Replace the main board by a new one and install on the body.
B.4 Place the upper case and the platter.
Note: After replacement of the main board, you must do the calibration again.
C. Replacement of the display board and keyboard, please do the same steps as main board
replacement. Please note: After the replacements, you must do the calibration again.
D. 1 Test the keyboard
At CAL mode, press ZERO to enter keyboard test, press ZERO to light all digits, press ZERO to exit keyboard test.

WEIGHING CALIBRATION
Press any key while you turn on the scale, the screen will display “CAL”, press TARE and hold on for
seconds to enter calibration.
1, setting situation of “d=”, press “unit” or “sum” to adjust.
At weighing setting, press ZERO to shift number, press UNIT to change value, press TARE to
confirm.
5. Calibration
(1) Press “T”, the scale will display 000000 ; at this moment, press “UNIT” to increase number,
press “zero” to shift number. As the direction to input the calibration weight according to the

counterweight. For example, the counterweight is 25kg, the input number should be 025.000
(2) Press “T” after input the counterweight, the scale would display xxxxx . After it is stable, if the
scale did not show 0, please press “zero”.
Place counterweight on scale for calibration. (
When it is stable, press “T”, it would back to weighing version. 3
