The Office of the Public Prosecutor has received ain Affidavit of Desistance from the Private Complainant signifying her intent and decision to desist from the prosecution of the above-captioned case insofar as the following Accused namely, Antonio M. Garcia, Alexandra G. Garcia Exnesto Batteiro and Grace Bagatsing, 3.
