200cory Board Description
200cory Board Description
Description.
- 1. Microprocessor with software. To place it check the point on its border and arrow on socket.
- 2. Array Logic.
- 3. Integrated circuit to dirive relays. If one relays is not activate, maybe it is broken.
- LO relay. 12VDC relay for "car in use” signal. Its output are LO and LB on JP3.
- V0 safety relay. 12VDC relay. Needed to avoid relevelling activation when lift is moving.
It has 2 CO contatcs (2 N.O. and 2 N.C outputs) and are
- Common 1 on JP3.6 (label 194) N.C. 1 on JP11.3 (label V0)for relevelling,
- Common 2 on JP9.1 (label CV0) and N.O. contact on JP9.2 for further use.
- DC1 relay. 12VDC relay. It drives down move controller’s contactors, with input the end of safety circuit
“18” from JP10.1
Its output is on JP10.2 (label DC1)
- DC2 relay. 12VDC relay. It drives up move controller’s contactors, with input the end of safety circuit “18”
from JP10.1
Its output is on JP10.3 (label DC2)
- V2 relay. 12VDC relay. It drives high speed controller’s contactors. Its output is on JP10.4 (label V2)
- 4. Circuit to generate 5VDC used on board
- 5. Circuit to generate 12VDC used on board to drive relays
- 6. Circuit to generate 9VDC used on board
- Interface with 48VDC safety circuit opto-isolated inputs “11”, “14”, “16”, “17” and “18” are indicate in the
picture
- U9, U10, and part of U11 are input signals interface (indicated as E.. on the connectos)
- Part of U11 and entire U12 are interface for Car Calls input (C00..C07) on JP6 connector
- U13 is interface for Landing Calls input (U00..D07) on JP6 connector
- U20, U21, U22, U23 and U24 are serially connected and the serial sequence is:
U20 Output Interface to drive outputs I00..I07 on JP16 connector

U22 Output Interface to drive outputs U00..D07 on JP6 connector
U23 Output Interface to drive diagnostic leds on the bottom of boards
U24 Output Interface to drive display
- U15, U16, U17 and U18 are serially connected and the serial sequence is:
U15 Input interface to read to read switch SW1
U16 Input interface to read to read switch SW2 and keypad taste “A”,“Up”,“DW”,“Reset”
U17 Input interface to read to read switch SW3
U18 Input interface to read to read switch SW4 and keypad taste “RESTORE”
