200 hours flight time available includes:


• 100 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC)

• 50 hours cross country flight time, 100nm in a straight line.
• 10 hours instrument flight time
• 10 hours night flying.
• flying fees package can be adjusted according to individual requirements. NB: price would be
adjusted accordingly.

At the end of this course the student would be competent in the following.
• Normal flight procedures and manoeuvres during all phases of flight.
• Abnormal and emergency procedures and manoeuvres in the event of failures and
malfunctions of equipment, such as power plant, systems and airframe.
• Instrument procedures, including instrument approach, missed approach and landing
procedures under normal, abnormal and emergency conditions, including simulated engine
failure etc.
• All the requirements as per New Zealand Civil Aviation Authority.

Note: Based on minimum hours required for a NZCAA Commercial Pilot Licence, extra flying hours will
be charged at the current flying rate of the day, prices are displayed on the operations notice board.
Prices are in New Zealand dollars and include G.S.T, they are valid for three months. Prices include all
applicable Air Services, landing fees in Whanganui and enroute charges. Rates and charges are
correct at the time of printing but are subject to alteration without notice.
