User Service Guidelines:

1 Before using this product, please check the accessories, product

you find that it is not complete, please contact the seller or manufacturer
immediately.

lower than the technical indicators, the warranty will be free of charge.

It is strictly prohibited to charge detectors on workplace or
open the detectors with power supply.
 Prior to any operation, local regulations and on-site procedures must
be followed.
 Any operation inside the detector must be performed by a
professional.
 Please check the wiring correctly before powering on the instrument.
 The time interval between power-off and power-on of the instrument
is more than 5 seconds.
 Connect the device and add nodes to shut down and power off.
 Detectors should use a relatively independent power supply to avoid
sharing power with large appliances.
 The outer casing of the detector must not be damaged, otherwise it
will affect the shielding effect.
 If the power input has no ground wire, the machine should be
grounded safely through the grounding terminal.
 Do not repair and disassemble the instrument by yourself.
 Always operate after disconnecting the power supply when
performing the following tasks

1 Overview
The Zhongan S100/S400 point gas detector is developed according to the
latest national standard and national product quality requirements. The
instrument is equipped with standard to meet the sound and light alarm
prompts on the detection site, and displays the gas concentration in the
monitoring field in real time. The instrument is divided into basic type and its
on-site display data type function. Users can purchase instruments suitable for
monitoring places according to their needs. The debugging adopts the infrared
remote control type, and the parameter setting can be performed without using
the remote control for opening the cover.
The Zhongan S100/S400 point gas detector can convert the leakage gas
concentration signal in the air into an electrical signal remote transmission.
The instrument adopts the three-wire 4-20mA or 4-wire RS485 output mode,
which has the characteristics of long transmission distance and
anti-interference.
Zhongan S100/S400 point gas detector is suitable for detecting the
leakage concentration of flammable gas, toxic and harmful gases, oxygen and
carbon dioxide gas in industrial environment.

1.2 meaning of the explosion-proof mark
The explosion-proof mark is used to describe the explosion-proof grade,
temperature group, explosion-proof type and the area of the applicable area of
the explosion-proof electrical equipment.

3 Product model description

5 installation
5.1 installation location
Depending on the specific gravity of the gas and the direction of the
wind, the detector should be installed within 1m from the point where the
gas may leak. The actual reaction speed of the detector is relatively fast.
Otherwise, the concentration of flammable gas or toxic and harmful gas at
the detector installation may not exceed the standard. However, the local
gas at the leak point has exceeded the standard, but the host computer
cannot alarm.
The height of the detector should be greater than 30cm from the
ground to prevent water splashing.
The detector should be mounted with the probe facing down.
5.2 Installation method
In the detection site, choose a non-corrosive gas, soot, dust installation
location to avoid flooding. The fixed method is as follows:Method When
the installation site has the pipe thread in the lateral or vertical bend of the
G1/2, the "connection hole" shown by the detector can be docked, or the
expansion bolt of the M60 can be directly used at the left and right lower
fixing holes of the detector. Just fix it.
5.3 Detector and alarm controller wiring Zhongan S100/S400 wiring

5.3.1 Wiring precautions:

Firstly, after the installation position of the point type gas detector is
determined firmly, the top cover of the explosion-proof junction box of the
point type gas detector is unscrewed (the factory wiring unit has been
externally cited and detailedly marked, and the wiring can be directly
connected without opening the cover), Open the wiring nut for wiring, pay
attention to the internal guiding label. After connecting, take out the
explosion-proof gasket in the outlet hole, then put the transmission cable
into the wiring nut, washer, rubber sealing ring in turn, and penetrate into
the housing from the wiring hole. According to the explosion-proof
requirements, do not use the explosion-proof gaskets in the unused wiring
holes. Do not discard any parts of the gas detector housing and the internal
circuit board.
Check again that the cables are connected to the corresponding
terminals according to the markings. After confirming that the wiring is
correct, remove the excess cable from the housing, and finally tighten the
compression nut, press the rubber sealing ring, and tighten the cable.
(Explosion-proof design requirements). It can also be connected directly to
this interface when using an explosion-proof hose.
Between the controller and the point type gas detector, the wire
diameter is not less than 1.5mm2 (≤1000m) three-core or four-core cable
connection.
After the connection check of each link is correct, tighten the top
cover. According to the user's site conditions, the cable can also be
connected first, and then the detector is fixed.
5.3.2 No display instrument zero shift setting function
LDD zero indicator light: zero calibration indicator light in dividing
line mode, and transmission status indicator light in bus mode.
BDD calibration indicator light: calibration detector indicator light in
dividing line mode and receiver state indicator light in bus mode.
5.3.3 No display instrument automatic zero alignment
In the clean air, under the normal working condition of the detector,
unplug the no.2 switch of the two-dial coder on the circuit board then
down dial ，At this point, the LDD zero indicator light is on, indicating that
the zero calibration is underway. The zero calibration is successful, and the
LDD zero indicator light goes out automatically
5.3.4 No display instrument calibration detector function
The detector's factory default calibration concentration is 40%
combustible gas, the remaining gas concentration cannot be calibrated, so a
display board and its remote controller should be selected for
calibration.Prepare 40% standard gas，Open the pressure reducing valve
and adjust the flow rate to 500ML/min,The gas mask is closely connected
with the detector，At this point on the circuit board, two dial on the number
1 switch and then dial down，The BDD calibration indicator will be on，
Means the probe is being calibrated， DD calibration indicator light goes
out automatically, the detector is calibrated successfully, and the detector
enters the detection state automatically. At this time, the standard gas is
removed and the calibration of the detector is finished.
5.4 Instructions for setting up the bus dial position

6 Remote control operation instructions (display type meter function)

The remote control buttons consist of the “Settings” button, the
“Confirm” button, the “Cancel” button, the “+” button, and the “-” button.
The detector login password is 1111.
Note: “Setting” button, “Confirm” button, “Cancel” button are all
single-trigger buttons, even if you press the button, you can only trigger
once. There should be more than 1s interval between the two buttons; “+”
button, “- The “key” is the continuous trigger button, and the button can be
triggered repeatedly. The function setting must be valid after pressing the
“Confirm” button. After the setting is completed, you need to press the
“Cancel” button to exit the setting to return to the normal state. The valid
settings can be powered off until the next change takes effect.

8 considerations
8.1 This machine should be used in places where there is no corrosive
gas, soot, dust and rain to prevent falling from high places or subject to
severe vibration.
8.2 There must be no rapid flow of gas flowing through the probe,
otherwise the test results will be affected.
8.3 Do not allow the unit to frequently contact high-concentration gas
samples with concentrations above the detection range, otherwise the
sensor working life will be lost.
8.4 For environments where the monitoring gas sample such as mixed
flammable gas or liquid vapor is different from the calibration gas sample,
the machine test result will have a certain error with the actual gas
concentration.
8.5 The machine is inspected and tested before leaving the factory. In
order to ensure the measurement accuracy, the calibration should be carried
out regularly. It is usually calibrated once every six months, and can also be
carried out according to the relevant regulations on site.
8.6 The recommended life of the catalytic sensor is three years, the life
of the electrochemical sensor is two years, and the infrared sensor is 10
years. The transmission life of the use environment is reduced.
8.7 Remove the battery when the controller is not in use to increase
the service life.
8.8 For products that have obtained the explosion-proof certificate, it
is not allowed to replace or modify the components or structures that affect
the explosion-proof performance.

9 Warranty and maintenance

1 This product has a one-year warranty period (excluding wearing
parts). If there is a malfunction in normal use, you can enjoy free factory
maintenance and maintenance services. Damage caused by man-made and
natural disasters and abnormal use is not covered by the warranty.
 2 If the sensor life expires, please contact us to replace the new sensor.
3 If the user can't troubleshoot, please send the instrument back to our
company for repair, we will remove the fault as soon as possible and return
it to the user.
10 storage
The detector shall be stored in a ventilated room with an ambient
temperature of -10 ° C to 55 ° C and a relative humidity of not more than
85%, and the air shall not contain harmful gases or impurities that corrode
the detector.

11. Accessories and other

The package provides a carton, a gas detector, a manual, and a
certificate of conformity. The detector has passed the inspection before
delivery and issued the certificate of conformity and the factory inspection
report. If the damage occurs during transportation, the manufacturer is
responsible for the replacement.
