artistic state of the art manner located in Akure, capital of Ondo State.

Concept

Viannay’s City brings you the best things about an eatery, confectionaries and a lounge, 24 hours a day. The idea is to
turn every window into the night sky and all the best nighttime activities will be found at Vianney’s City. Get the best
form of food and a chill place at any time. Vianney’s City has everything breakfast, lunch and a midnight diner should
have, but with class and style of genuine professionalism.

Location

Akure City, On do State. With mixed population of adults, working class and students (college and secondary). All not
far from Vianney’s City.

Target Market

The three class of the society. This includes youths between 18-29 and anyone missing those years.

Market Research

My kind of eatery will perform well as long as it is within an accessible radius. Eclectic, city- styles s in Akure is a must
and the teeming population of the three class of Akure is always looking for that next great place no one else knows about.

Marketing Strategy

Underground gorilla sensation means, “We know some people.” We are also going to make use of the social media buzz
plus news channels to market. Location is also a huge part of our strategy.
