i) How old are you?

ii) Have you ever worked for Businessclaud before? Or are you currently working for
Businessclaud in any other position? No

iii) We deal with e-commerce, Businessclaud is a vibrant e-commerce platform. Are you aware
we need you to get clients to signUp & Sell on Businessclaud.com? Yes

iv) Given a chance, imagine that you have 55 qualified candidates for the job who need work
material and transport, and you only have enough to cover 20 candidates, how would you handle
that situation?

I will first get each individual's work details and past experiences and then rank them in
descending order.

Secondly, I will take the first 40 then select a first the top 10 best fits for the role.

Then thirdly, with my analytics skills, I will have them answer some more personalized
questions that will give me a standpoint for further evaluation.

From what I will have gathered from my report I will now select the other 10.

Then give the 20 candidates roles to conduct while monitoring their work both productivity and
their relationship with other new employees.

Now after 2 months in case of any changes which are more likely to happen I will open new
roles as I usher the less productive employees since the company currently needs to grow so we
don't have time to give a candidate time to change on their weakness

v) Are you aware that to convince most Kenyans you will need physical marketing? Yes
vi) Have you ever been a Team Leader before? Yes

vii) This is a supervisory role... How do you plan to ensure that at least 10 people can achieve
their monthly targets? By constantly monitoring each person's work progress, creating small
groups with leaders and as a motivation, the most productive individual will be the head of the
team.

viii) Your role is as a team leader, you will be required to recruit a team of sales representatives
who will do most of the customer sign-ups. Businessclaud will not in any way recruit these sales
representatives for you. Is this going to be a problem? No

ix)When it comes to e-commerce it's about trust which takes time, a stranger visits the website or
our Apps 2-5 times, then makes the order and expects to see what he/she ordered. Have you ever
worked in an environment where no one is monitoring what you are doing and pays well if you
remain honest and true to yourself? Yes

x) Are you sure you can work without supervision from where you are to meet marketing
targets? Yes

xi)Are you sure you can work without supervision from where you are to produce tangible
results? Yes

xii) We run several sites in Africa that have clients who have never been to our office, and
customers who buy and get deliveries without ever visiting the office and thousands of youths
working for Businessclaud in several countries without ever visiting our office. And you are
required to work remotely for 2 months. Is that going to be a problem? No

xiii) Do you have experience in conducting Push-sales? Yes
