Nowadays many Filipinos have become addicted, not to bad drugs


but to “milktea”. I believe that Filipinos are not fond of teas before but
when it came to being called milktea it soon hit. this is the new craze
that has not disappeared since the knockout year 2011 and until now
the motto of people most especially the youth "Milk tea is life" it is
indisputable that almost all Filipinos enjoy it, The fascination and
obsession over milk tea can’t be denied and Millenials are also fond of
hangout spots, and milk tea shops are perfect for idling and passing
time.
Milktea Way is a start up Milktea Shop that will also offer a
selection of bakery products, it is expected to catch the interest of a
regular loyal customer with love of service, The shop will asure to
provide quality, Organic, affordable, good-tasting milk tea without
breaking the brank compared to offers by more expensive competitors.
We have also invented a unique way of orders, because every
valuable costumers can costumize the type of orders they want. It has
a variety flavors available, The toppings, sugar level and the
Engredient, all of this can be viewed in the menu  this is why we have
developed a menu that will accommodate different milk tea flavors to
accommodate any of our customers’ wish. We will sell our Milk tea as
a bottled beverage ready-to-drink product, each is designed to perfect
the quality taste that every filipino will surely love. A 100% that This
shop will be very friendly to people at any age.

tea owing to offer a variety of orders, you can costumize an organic
Drinks of whatever you want and whatever you wish “ Milk tea way
wants you to experience a very affordable price yet a great taste and
good vibes , it is designed to perfect the quality taste that every filipino
will surely love, we also offer a selection of bakery products for a good
pair of drinks, we make sure that every angle is instagramable.

ll. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Milk Tea has constantly hovering in the taste of Filipinos


especially the teenagers, milk tea is a special and popular beverage in
the country,. The milk tea craze has been one of the most talked
about food trends in the Philippines for the past years. As it says for a
hundred of fillipinos “Hapiness is a cup of Milk tea” so whats behind our
obssesion with ths drink? It is Suitable for Chilling and Dialogue Most
people often love to talk while drinking something. Milk tea is somehow
good for this kind of daily event, It is Affordable at an estimated price of
50 to 100 pesos that have encountered so far, this product is somewhat
cheaper compared to other forms of refreshments. Also filipino are Milk
Lovers aside from knowing that milk has lots of health benefits, Milk
tea offers a wide range of flavors that we can choose from. Different
shade and taste of milk in tea. Milk tea originates from Taiwan and is
made up of hot or cold tea, milk, sugar and giant black tapioca balls. Ice
is then added and the drink shaken to create the bubble effect. Milk tea
is often referred to as pearl shake, tapioca ball drink; boba ice tea and
bubble drink among other things.

Proudly say that Milktea way is all what you dreamed for, it is a
startup Milk tea shop that satisfies in every taste of costumers dreaming
to reach the highly known as the milk tea provider in the country and
abroud, We Vision by making the most tasting Milk teas that marked as

that comply with company's plans and vision. Organizing workflow and
ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.

for planning and managing funds; Ensure due diligence and instituting
measures to mitigate identified fiduciary risks to the grants; Establish
and maintain administrative and financial management systems.

on the technologies that the company need, they also decide for
the technologies that can be use as a machine and eqeipments for
the easy production.

the operating and support team- this team will help all
happens in the company such as to help in advertising and
sales talking, cashier and implementation of the business and
operate the stablishment.

Proudly to say that our product is very friendly,The majority target


costumer are young people around 19 to 30 years old, this product are
okay for Teens, students and young adults,Families and children,Seniors,
Tourist. but Usually customers are employees, office workers, and
students all of whome actively use social media are interested in what’s
trendy. We simply provide discounts for any holidays or big events
happening just like for the valentines day and more. We strive to provide a
unique quality and service.

is thought to provide various health benefits. People have been consuming
tea with milk for many decades now. In spite of the above negatives,
having milk tea is always a good idea, It really refreshes you and improves
your body's metabolism. It’s no surprise that the Philippines
ranked second in milk tea consumption in Southeast Asia according to
GrabFood’s 2018 study.  In that year alone, Grab’s milk tea orders grew by
3,500 percent from June to December. Considering that the Philippines
isn’t even on top of the ranking in app-based food delivery services, yet the
country managed to dominate Grab’s milk tea statistics.

value for money.

We believe that our product is beyond standard, we decided to make


eveything unique and different among others, we fully understand the
competition and hardly take a look at the things our competitor does and by
that we can highlight the differences we have. Everything are planned only
that matter is focusing on creating the best possible product that our

VIII. FINANCIAL FORECASTS AND EXPECTED RETURNS, RISKS,


AND CONTINGENCIES

When we enter this industry we should have a target of how many cups we
will consume in a day.
now in Computation we will get the weakest..if 80 cups is the weakest
sales, How about 30 cups per day? Its very low, If the income only spends
30cups per day, this is what we call the worst case scenario and normally
we cannot avoid the scenario when it comes to business.
According to the survey that i have taken, The best-selling milk tea is the
Medium size cup/16oz and large size cup/22 oz. Now according to our
illustration picture of the costing below COST- is the one you already mixed
all for example the milktea including the creamer, powders, brewed tea,
ingredients, cup, or sealing film and ice, meaning this it is what you give to
the customer or the finish product.
At 16oz or medium cup the costing is just around average of ₱ 27.00 when
you sell ₱ 80 you have ₱ 53 profit per medium cup multiply at 30cups you
have ₱ 1,590 per day!
Not bad we even beat the salary of the bank manager. Now our profit is ₱
1,590 per day we multiply by 30 days, we have a staggering ₱ 47,700
GROSS PROFIT a month.
Now we will deduct the space rental fee of our foodcart average ₱ 6,000
Electricity fee because it is just space so in the light, ₱ 500, water is
minimal ₱ 150, Salary of our person, since the foodcart business is
barangay microbusiness and mandated by DOLE under the National
Wages and Productivity Commission, the retail industry with only 15
employees can provide a minimum of ₱ 500 / day NCR rate so ₱ 500 × 30
= ₱ 15,000. (You can browse the DOLE website www.dole.gov.ph for Small
Business NCR and Provincial rate). Plus Miscellaneous, these are the
added expenses you use like tissue, mineral water, delivery fee if you
deliver your supplies, your fare to your business, ballpen, papers, logbook,
used in business etc. Miscellaneuos expense average for a month is ₱
5,000.
