JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsibilities primarily include 3D modelling and 2D drawing preparation of Machinery Foundation,

Helideck, Accommodation block, Top side Modules, Pipe Rack, Web Frames and Bulkheads, Shell Expansion,
Raised floors &Service platforms, Tanks, Inclined and Vertical Ladder Arrangements, Trolley beam
Arrangements, Pad eyes, Maintenance hatch Arrangements. Piping& Cable supports, Crane Pedestal& boom
rest, Escape route, Insulations etc.
• Responsibilities also include Project Man-Hour Estimation, Training, Research, Clash Check, Drawing Quality
Check, Document Control, Client Interaction, Design safety Supervision &Production Management.
• Ensure that the jobs assigned to the section are completed in a timely and economical manner that is in

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Material Inspection
• Receiving fabricated materials are inspected at site as per approved shop Drawing
• Raw material traceability and testing certificate review
• Responsible for mechanical and chemical property testing
• Co-ordinate with client and III party inspection
Site Inspection
• Review and Familiarize Project Requirement, codes & Standards,
Specification, Inspection& Test Plan and related control documents.
• Ensure implementation of Quality Control Plan (QCP), Project Inspections of Welding Consumables to
Monitor the Welder’s Performance and Welding activities to ensure the work is being carried out in
accordance with the approved welding procedure.
• Ensure all welding activities based on approved WPS & Project Specification,
• Execute all NDT Activities, Execute Inspection on Pre/Post Welding, Coordinating repair reduction & welder
performance improvement programs
• Coordinating with III party agencies for qualification tests, Receiving inspection, and liaising with suppliers
for any quality issues. Welding data statistical analysis and monitoring trends,
• Training and toolbox talks with welders,
• Co-ordination with Project Management Consultant (PMC)
• Review of RT Reports & PWHT Charts,
