Major Role &Responsibilities (Welding/NDT/Pipeline/QC):

►Review Client's technical documentation and requirements and ITP/Codes before to start project.
►Ensure an adequate standard of technical documentation and contribute in updating
Company standards.
►Review the pipeline design and interface with the relative process and Structures and installation &
Familiar with P&ID, Isometric &Scale drawing.
►Strategize on maintenance, work instruction and methods. Establish maintenance strategies to install and
commission equipment.
►Prepare the technical specifications and data sheets for material purchasing.
►Verify and act upon the remarks of the Clients/Certifying Body and reply for any comments.
►Performed/Witness/monitored of Manufacturing Procedure Qualification Test: --Rolling, NDT
Test, Dimensional Test, Surface Visual Test, Hydrostatic Test, and another related test.
►Prepare documents for approval from clients as per project requirements and as quality assurance Plane.
►Familiar about different kinds of NDT machines/Checked the calibrations of NDT
machines before to start NDT test also checked and review the NDT certificates
Of technicians/operations of NDT machines.
►Familiar with subcontracting and pipeline installations.
►Checked of all the fit-ups prior to full welding and after the welding.

construction.

regulations.
