Phase 1: The Preliminaries


Getting Started with Python, and the basics of Physics. This
includes selected Python libraries, Mathematical Physics,
Electrodynamics and the foundations of Observational Astronomy
and Stellar Physics.

Phase 2: Introduction to Optics and Astronomy


From basic optical phenomena like Reflection to Diffraction, from
intermediate Scattering to advanced Fourier Optics. From
Principles of Astronomy to different observational techniques.

Phase 3: Project Work


Peer-discussion based project depending on chosen track of
interest. With your mentor's assistance, you are expected to work
on the given problem statement and this could be theoretical or
computational.

Phase 4: Compilation
There's a whole lot of self-learning and collaboration involved!
You will work on making a report using LaTeX and also presenting
your work along with your peers.
