Underline The Term/s Commonly Used Scientifically in Animal Production and Management

This document provides an analysis of a case study on animal cruelty in factory farms. It introduces the key issues of treating animals inhumanely and subjecting them to fear, vulnerability, and terror. The background section describes how animals are seen as having no rights and their lives being unimportant, leaving them vulnerable to injustice and brutality. The proposed solution calls for banning the slaughter of cows, calves and other cattle. The recommendations emphasize that all lives matter, whether human or animal, and that people should understand animals experience pain and have no voice to protect themselves from cruelty.

ANALYSIS
This is just an ice breaker, will you able to answer the following questions based on your
own perception, experience and knowledge. Try to assess on the best way you can so
that it will become easier for you to deal with the very situation given on this lesson.
1. Describe briefly the primary role of man in animal domestication?
Throughout history, people have bred domesticated animals to
promote certain traits. Domestic animals are chosen for their ability to breed in
captivity and for their calm temperament. Their ability to resist disease and
survive in difficult climates is also valuable.
2. What will happen to you if there are no animals in this planet?
Their role in our:
a. DIET
I think it would be difficult for us because It is likely that the world's poor
would lose most from no longer having nutrient-dense meat in their diet. Animal
products contain more nutrients per calorie than plants such as grains and rice.
b. ECONOMY?
Wild forests and grasslands would die because they are adapted to rely
on animal decomposers as well as pollinators and seed dispersers. This would
cause abrupt loss of rainfall, atmospheric change and climate change.
Widespread starvation combined with lack of decomposition would cause
rampant disease.
3. What do you think is the importance of animal science as a course?
The importance of studying in this course is that it can help scientists to
discover how diseases spread between human and animals. Also, scientists can
use animals as their models foe humans.

MODULE ASSESSMENT
Case Study. Prepare a case study concerning food, animal and space sufficiency on
one (1) among the farm animals’ species covered by this lesson. Research and assess
how they able to compete with humans in all aspects, possible. Just follow the provided
format below and be judicious enough. Your finished output should be only 500 to 1,
500 words in length. This will due on or before October 10, 2021. Inform your instructor
of what particular means do want your output to be submitted. Good luck!

TITLE: The cruelty of Animals in Factory Farm

Introduction. Identify the key problems and issues in the case study. (3-8 sentences)
Animal cruelty is defined as the practice of treating animals with cruel,
violent, unethical, and depraved conduct, especially on a regular or recurrent
basis .Animal cruelty is defined as subjecting animals to an environment in
which they are afraid, vulnerable, and terrorized. People believe that they have
a right to animals' lives and that they can treat them whatever they choose.
Countless creatures are subjected to inhumanity, cruelty, and brutality on a
daily basis. Because animals are sentient beings capable of feeling love and
devotion, it is everyone's responsibility to look after their health and nutrition.
Animal cruelty cases are on the rise, and the reasons for these killings remain a
mystery. People slaughter and mutilate animals for personal pleasure or
amusement.

Background. Set the scene: background information, relevant facts, and the most
important issues. (8-12 sentences)
An intercourse between a human and a non-human is referred to as bestiality
(animal). It generally refers to a human having sexual relations with an animal in
a demeaning manner. Animal rage instances are frequently in the news these
days, and they are typically horrific and distressing. It is no longer a rare
occurrence. Animals do not have the same rights as humans, according to the
majority of people. Their lives are seen as unimportant. People must realize that
animals do not have the ability to communicate, making them more vulnerable
to injustice and brutality.

Evaluation of the Case. Outline the various pieces of the case study that you are
focusing on.
Physical Domestic Abuse. This is a form of animal abuse in which the brutality
against the animals is completely deliberate. The goal is to inflict serious harm,
excruciating agony, and emotional distress on the animal. Physical aggression
produces an environment in which animals feel oppressed, intimidated, and
terrified. Some people are unable to love and care for animals in the same way
that they love and care for people. Domestic violence can take numerous forms,
including beatings, stabbings, kicks, starvation, neglect, and burning.

Proposed Solution/Changes
Agriculture and animal husbandry are discussed in Article 48. It gives the
government recommendations for organizing agriculture and animal husbandry
using new modern and scientific approaches rather than the old traditional
ones. It outlaws the practice of animal butchering and outlaws the slaughter of
cows, calves, milch, and draught cattle entirely.

Recommendations
Meat is a go-to meal for the majority of people around the world, whether it's for
breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The majority of people are unaware of how and
where all of the world's meat and fowl comes from. Cruelty to animals is a
delicate and serious topic. Every living entity, whether humans or animals,
experiences pain. The brutality perpetrated against innocent animals is rarely
acknowledged, and few individuals feel compelled to speak out against animal
cruelty. People should understand that all lives matter, whether they are human
or animal. It is clear that people abuse their authority and lack feelings of love
and compassion for animals. Animals have no rights of their own, no voice to
protect themselves from cruelty, and as a result, they experience unimaginable
pain on a daily basis. Animals, like humans, deserve a joyful and pain-free
existence. It is our responsibility as humans to speak up for those who are
unable to speak for themselves.
