3-Damage to property 2- Use of mandatory PPE's to be ensured.
3- No person to stand in front of the protruding coil ends.
4- Adequate supervision and trained personnel to perform
the job.
5- Proper railing around the working area to be provided,
Loose materials not to be placed on the platform.
6. Good Housekeeping shall be maintained.
7-Chemical earthing to be done to Form traveler to
achieve proper earth resistance.
Same must be continued through extension cable
throughout CLC work.

3 Fixing of Hydraulic 1-Spillage of Hydraulic Oil. 1- Preventative maintenance of jack to be done. Mr. Hanumanta Kalambe

5.Suitable fire precaution shall be taken (keep fire
extinguisher available)
6. Drip tray / container to be used to arrest spillage of
hydraulic oil.
