REQUIRED AND RECOMMEND PPE : SAFETY HELMET, SAFETY GOGGLES, SAFETY SHOES, HAND GLOVES,APRON , Site briefing to be conducted before starting the job. WELDING FACE SHIELD. Fire & shock Fire & shock Fire, Burn PRECAUTION TO BE TAKEN * Only Rigger will be allowed for rigging operation. * Only third party certified lifting tools and tackles will be allowed . * Licenced & authoriesed operator to be confirmed. * Marching of hydra will be done slowly. * Signaling to be done by experienced supervisor only * No one will be allowed under suspended load. * Ladder to be used & supported with vertical pipes .Proper width to be maintained for movement of personals .
* Slop/benching to be maintain if depth exceeding 1.2 mtr.Only required person will go inside the trench. * Regular inspection to be done to find out signs of cracks.

*Welders should used Welding Helmets, Sleeves, Apron, leather hand Gloves, All the combustible materials near by should be cleared before starts over. * All cables must be in good condition . * Wheel guard is must for grinding machine. * ELCB to be checked before starting the job. * Fire extinguisher are placed near the working area ( welding , cutiing & grinding ) . * Worker will wear hand gloves for cutting job. * The area will be free from Paper, Woods etc to be removed before start the work.
* The hose pipes are properly checked and if it is damaged that will be replaced before starts the work.

* Pipe fittup to be done by only experienced people like Fitter. * Inspect all electrical equipments DBs and extension boards. * Proper earthing should be provided. * Protect the machines and cables from water ingress. * Ensure that electrical cables are not in damaged and proper joints are provided in all cables. * Ensure that work area and personnel protective equipment are not wet. * Electricians are checked all machines, switch boards and cables before starts the work and ensure that all in well condition, then starts the work.

Fire & Burn, Smoke Work in night

* Fire extinguisher will placed near working area. Area will be free from paper,wood etc. * Worker will wear special nose mask * Proper light will be there for working in night shift.

Web siling Cap. - 3MT , 6 mtr or 3 mtr web siling require . Full fitting line -02 Sets D -Shackle -5 MT (2 Nos.) One end fittup line -01 Sets.
