B. BODY SPECIFICATIONS
DIMENSIONS AND CAPACITIES
TOTAL TANK CAPACITY: 6.000 LT.
CLEAN WATER TANK: 6.000 LT.
TANK THICKNESS: 4 mm.
TANK STEEL QUALITY:ST 37.2 - S235JR
TANK & SUBFRAME
Tank will be cylinderical shape made of 4 mm. and dish ends made of 4 mm. ST 37.2 metal sheets and
fully welded.
Tank will be mounted into subframe with saddles and there will be 2 units transverse anti-surge baffles
located inside of the tank made from 4 mm. Thickness.
Subframe will be designed and produced with longitudinal and traversal cross members according to
the truck frame matching with truck chassis manufacturer body mounting introductions connected to
the truck chassis with connection plates and brackets.
There will be min. one number of sealed 0500 mm. diamater manhole ( higned & lockable ) and
breathing valve.There will be walking grid around manhole and access ladder.
There will be one number of 3"discharge outlet at rear with valve and blind couplings.
There will be overflow and ventilation piping on tank.
There will be one number of 2 'A" water inlet with valve and blind cap , at the side of equipment to the

of tank.
JETTİNG SYSTEM
3.JETTING SYSTEM JETTING PUMP MODEL AND TYPE:
PRATISSOLI MW 45 , ITALIAN MADE HIGH PRESSURE JETTING PUMP
JETTING PUMP CAPACITY: 267 LT./MIN @ 155 BAR.
ACCESSORIES: Water Suction filter
Pneumatic Pressure regulating valve Overload pressure safety valve
There will be safety system to protect jetting pump against lack of water in system.
HYDRAULIC HOSE REEL:
Hose Reel may be in carbon steel and hinged on the rear dish end of tank.
Manuel Swiveling at 180 “with pneumatic lock in the various set positions.
Drip flap with discharge valve mounted under the hose reel.
Hydraulically operated hose roll in/roll out with speed adjustment.
Automatic hose guide.
Hose for a minimum of (120) m, dia. (1") high-pressure hose.
Complete with speed regulator
HAND HOSE REEL:
There will be 1/2” manuel hose reel at the rear side of vehicle.lt consists 15 mt. of 1/2"sized high
pressure hose with trigger control adjustable spray bar.There will be pin type for locking hand hose
reel in driving condition.

CONTROL SYSTEM & POWER TRANSMISSION and HYDRAULIC SYSTEM


System will be driven by split PTO , jetting pump will be driven by cardan shaft, hydraulic system by
hydraulic pump coupled to split PTO.
Hydraulic system will include hydraulic oil tank equipped with return filter, filling cap , level indicator,
suction valve in suitable place of truck.
System will be equppied with main control panel side of truck and hydraulic hose reel control box in
hydraulic hose reel.
Main Control panel includes
• High pressure pump on/off with warning light
• Working light on/off with warning light
• Rotating beacon on/off with warning light
• Emergency shut-off (depends on KSM of truck )
• Hourmeter for high pressure pump.
5.STANDART ACCESSORIES
•Additional of Four (8) standard forward/retro nozzle with replaceable inserts for 25.4mm Hose.
Side-mounted tool boxes
•Five (5) 120m long 25.4mm Spare a polyolefin tube, single high tensile synthetic fiber braid
reinforcement and abrasion resistant polyether-urethane cover hose Hoses
6. PAINTING
All parts , assemblies will be sand-blasted in SA 2.5 quality and chemical cleaning Internal paint with
Coal Tar Epoxy in two layer's, min 80 microns.

External paint, first two layer's of epoxy primer paint min. total thickness of 70-80 microns and with in
one colour polyurethane paint choosen by customer's request RAL colour in two layer's, min. total
thickness 40-50 microns.Total thickness not less than 100 microns.
7. WARRANTY
One year from the date of delivery of product from all manufacturing defects
