King Pin : 3.5” King-pin heavy Duty – Bolted on King Pin GF/JOST. LANDING LEG
: Heavy duty telescopic type of landing gear in two speeds 1 Set,
JOST A-400 JOST.
Main Rail : Heavy duty IPE of S 355 JR.
Chassis : Chassis is made of two longitudinal beam of high quality steel Grade
(ASTM, A36 & S 355 JR), welded to the tank and joined by cross members making
the chassis rigid.
Material : High quality grade (ASTM A36) steel.
Manhole : TWO no’s 20” DIA manhole cover with fill opening of 10” and overall
opening of 16” with hinged cover & quick release latch other one manhole is
manual.
Vent : 2” vent on top of tank
Safety Hand Rail : Hand Rail on TOP of tank with Pneumatic jack 01+ Height as per PDO
standard
Walkway : 25MM G.I Grating walkway in frame on Top.
Hose Box : Metal Boxes on each both sides of tank with 3”x 6M long nylon breaded
discharge hoses (GREEN) – 1nos hosepipe.
Ladder : At rear end with non-slippery platform.
Level Indicator : ¾” Plastic tube with ball valve at rear side of the tank with guard.
Discharge Line : 1 No Gravity discharge with hammer union + 1 No 3”x4” Pump discharge
with cam lock adaptor.
Pump : KAMA - Diesel water pump No: 01.
Lighting System : Provided lighting system (24v) conforming to GCC road regulations and
PDO specifications.
Brake system : Twin Line drum (Normal) with ‘S’ cam actuation acting on all wheels
Double Booster Service & Emergency Valve, Automatic Load sensing valve, Air
reservoir.
Accessories : Mudguard with flap, Rear anti-under run bumper with yellow and black
reflective stripes and side safety guards. Walkway with GI grating and hand rail.
Side marker lights 3nos. on each side with conduits. Revolving light one no. Tool
box 600x300x300mm without tool, Grills for tail light. Two Fire box with one Fire
Extinguisher, Speed Limiter fixing (80/100).
Surface Treatment : Grit Blasting to SA 2.5 as per Swedish Standard
Painting : Internal- 1 100-150 Microns Coat of epoxy red oxide primer &
2 coats of Trans guard white.
External – 200 Microns One coat of grey primer and 2 coats of final
enamel paints (GREEN colour)
