The Sharing Library:


Basics: This can be a Facebook page or a website, what its goal is? Simply collect
books and resell them. People can sell them to us.

Cons: The starting might be a bit difficult and in the pandemic, collecting books can
be a hassle. Other than that, we have to have a big library space to store those.
People might bargain.

Pros: I guess many would be interested in it as the books we have once read can
really be utilized this way. The most vivid side of this project is, it doesn’t require a
whole lot of people to start it. At least 5 in the delivery group is enough. When it
comes to storage, we have to take a garage or any kind of storage place, for a super
simple start. Then comes the pricing part. We have to set the prices while buying
from people in a proper balancing order, this can be possible if we fix as x taka for
1kg of books or anything preferable. Then when we sell them, we take the cover
price put a 5% or 10% discount on it, maybe a bit more like a great start and
engaging people.
We don’t really need a website at first even, a Facebook page is more than enough,
we upload the pictures of the books and that’s it. More like an online book store.
The difference is that they import or contact publishers, we do it in an easier way.

Pro tip: With the simplest calculations and maybe the slightest profit, we can grow
at a compound interest rate, as it increases with the years, we might be able to buy
new books and add them to our library. Being online-based, reduces the boring task
of a librarian or salespersons, just a few people checking the inbox regularly, it can
also be linked with my next plan.
The Buy For Me Website:
Basics: It can be a basic website or even a Facebook page, for paying for the
products that people buy from different foreign websites (not taking COD: Alibaba,
amazon, Vitabiotics so on). The key plan is to let people choose the products from
different websites, contact us and we pay. Really effective for the people who don’t
have credit cards yet (let’s put the people we see around us aside). Most of the
products we want to buy, may not be available in our country, let’s take some
medicines or specific brands, crafts items or Mont Marte for instance. Before the
pandemic people used to go to foreign or their relatives visited them pretty often,
so they could easily avail themselves various of products. Now, there is an option
for ordering online directly from authentic websites, but those only prefer credit
cards. I’m so sure everybody would have longed for a few products and searched
everywhere but couldn’t find any stockist in our country. What we need is a credit
card.
Cons: The most difficult part could be managing a credit card. Problems might also
arise in delivery services. Lastly, people might bargain for no reason as people
always do.
Pros: This might be a good leap as I mentioned before, neither people can visit
foreign nor their close ones can visit often. Courier could be done inside & outside
Dhaka, then people can collect their parcels themselves from them. To avoid
haggling, we have to describe the correct maths over the costing including a tini-
tiny profit. In this way, almost all the websites can be covered and I guess
promotions wouldn’t be that difficult even as shopping has been a leisure activity
of people in this pandemic. But the greatest weapon is people nowadays are
obsessed with authentic websites, well, we all can relate that maybe. Like, we all
can see the products of Cadbury around us in stores, but which ones? An honest
answer is the common ones, but no wonder the KitKat key lime pie or Snickers
peanut brownies are worth enjoying & sharing. Even people might buy the Apple
products sitting on their couches, tapping on their screens.
Pro tip: On the other hand, we can import books for the book store from amazons
and more, which will enhance its attracting capacity.
Newsletter:
Basics: A newsletter is a printed or electronic report containing news concerning
the activities of a business or an organization that is sent to its members,
customers, employees, or other subscribers. Newsletters generally contain one
main topic of interest to their recipients.
Here, it’s important to understand the psychology behind it and to know how to
write emails that get results. The statistics say that email marketing is effective. But
statistics tell only part of the story. Statistics can’t predict whether our email
marketing efforts will be effective.
Cons: We have to get “serious good writers”, every single beginning sentence has
to be able to make people eager to open the newsletter. It might be tough in our
first attempts.
Pros: I always believe in turning pros to cons, so, yes, here what we can do is hire a
good writer and that’s it, nothing more! We can make our readers gall and we have
the bonus already, we have thousands and thousands of peoples’ mail IDs.
I don’t feel it requires more explanations, as it only needs writers in the group and
I’m providing a link that explains more about flourishing in this startup.
We have to find education, interesting topics, we can also add quizzes at the end
and announce prizes.

Pro tip: It is a vast and effective source of our promotions and getting huge
reaches.
Product Review Website:

Basics: This website might again sound very simple and without profits and benefits
and if we think about movies, what comes first in our minds? It’s rating and we can
look at how far IMDb has gone. Similarly, no matter what the products are but
people are “always” trying to find reviews. No wonder food reviewers are gaining
more popularity than any other YouTubers these days! Or we can take the
examples of the unboxing and hands-on videos maybe.

Cons: This time it is again the quality of writing and we have to recruit good writers.
We have to have a keen sense of what products people will have their interest for
a long while. Also, we cannot confuse products, like once we are doing food review,
the next day its tech review. The promotions can be hard. Gaining popularity can
be tiring as people have already met with tons of reviewers.

Pros: I’m not saying all of them have to be litterateurs but the majority should do
authentic, honest, good reviews. In the vast world, we have plenty of options
around us to do reviews. But, we have to be constant in that. The supreme side of
this is, that’s not something we have to run and rush for, it’s subtle yet effective
wesite plan I guess that can be done by clicking on the keyboards. Now, promotions
can be done with the newsletter idea I gave before. When it comes to being popular
to people, the idea is quite plain sailing, we have to simply bring the BEST reviews!

Plans: We have to build up a team consisiting of 15-25 members at first who can
atleast do a bit of reviews, among them only 10 – 12 have to be the quite good at
it. Every week or twice a week we have to upload the reviews, based on quality,
price and avaiblity standards. We can do a voting or something to see what reviews
are going to be the most killing!
Being the Medium:
This is the most boundless website or page plan we can have. How? People want
to seel something, it can be- food, handy crafts, paintings or anything, we will be
the medium. Like all the foodpanda website for homecooks or Foodpeon (which
has been shut for a while), Etsy and so on. People will work here as suppliers mainly.
We will help them get the highest reaches and get 20 to 30 percent discount.

Cons: Surprisingly, it doesn’t have that many cons at all! Because, we take the deal
and the main responsibilty of upgrading the product is theirs. We help them to
grow, to flourish and take a slightest interest.

Pros: Meanwhile the pros are immense. Many people nowdays in pandemic wants
to start a business or might have started as well, opened a page, but not getting
enough reach therefore leading towards less sales. We introduce them to our huge
community, show our reaches and then add up as our suppliers. Not to mention
the maassive number of mail IDs we have. This agin leaads to our newsletter idea,
we ccan easily promote them in those.

Plans: We at first do a newbie market study, make lists of people who are
interested in joining our community, encourage them with the vast benefits they
get and BANG! We get more suppliers and more people ultimately follows our
website.

Pro tip: We might contact the ones who paprticipated and won prizes in the
previous Plexus events in arts and crafts segments. That might be a very good start.
