MEP/CIVIL Check for Services Clearances.
1. Check equipment for any damage to interior & exterior.
2. Ensure equipment is installed on flat & level surface. If
applicable, equipment to be mounted within roof slope
limitations.
3. Verify correct voltage, phase & cycles.
4. Terminal screws & wiring connections secure in control,
electric and air modulator panels.
5. Check condensate drain if properly trapped.
6. All field piping has been completed.
7. Check motor nameplate full load amp rating.
Installation of AHU

8. Check current draw of each leg of each motor.


9. Check doors for air leaks.
10. Check flexible connection has been used between
duct/AHU/FAHU
11. Check bearings and locking collars for properly tightened
setscrews, bolts and nuts.
12. Check all ductwork has been completed and available for full
air flow.
13. Check equipment if proper clearances has been maintained
as per approved shop drawings.

14. Check if filters are clean & installed properly.

15. Ensure filter gauge is set to zero.

16. Check that the drain area connected to the network based on
outlet ESP.

17. Check the foundation is suitable to achieve the required
condensate drain.
18. Verify controls installation has been completed & fix properly.

19. Ensure all field wirings has been inspected & approved.

20. Check fan bearings & locking collars for properly tightened
setscrews, bolts & nuts.
21. Check fan belt tension adjusted properly.
22. Check fan alignment with unit discharge. Adjust with isolation
if required.

23. Check that the required motorized dampers are installed.

24. Check the required identification is done.

25. Check fan wheel properly aligned, tight on shaft and freely
moving.
26. Check fan sheaves if properly aligned and tight on shaft.

27. Check that all BMS accessories are installed properly.

28. Check that the integration with the BMS has been done.

29. Ensure all safety precautions have been complied before &
Safety after installation.
