I. COURSE DESCRIPTION : This course deals with the comprehensive discussion on the complex
and compound -complex structure of sentences. Students are
expected to demonstrate mastery of the parts of speech, identifying
different kinds of phrases and clauses as these are important
components in the construction of grammatically correct complex and
compound-complex sentences. The course will give students adequate
exposure in writing different compositions to hone their writing skills.
