Table Service (Welcoming the Guest)

Waiter: Good Morning (Ma’am/Sir), Welcome to Name of your Restaurant. Do you have any
reservation, (Ma’am/Sir)?
Guest: I don’t have any reservation.
Waiter: (Ma’am/Sir) may I know your name so that you will be acknowledge?
Guest: Yes sure, I am Name of the Guest.
Waiter: Thank you (Ma’am/Sir) Name of the Guest. Table for how for how many (Ma’am/Sir)?
Guest: Table for 1 only.
Waiter: This way please.
Is this table be alright for you (Ma’am/Sir)?
Guest: Yes, we will be comfortable here.
Waiter: Excuse me (Ma’am/Sir), may I lay your table napkin.
Guest: Yes sure.

Waiter: Is that all (Ma’am/Sir)?
Guest: Yes, that’s all!
Waiter: How about trying our best seller salad the Vegetable Paradise it’s fresh from our garden,
(Ma’am/Sir)?
Guest: Oh sure! That’s good.
Waiter: Okay (Ma’am/Sir). (Ma’am/Sir) may I repeat your order you’ll have one serving of corn
soup, pizza, vegetable paradise, chicken barbeque, and mango panacotta. Are the details
correct, (Ma’am/Sir)?
Guess: Yes.
Waiter: Excuse me (Ma’am/Sir), please wait 15 minutes to serve your food.
Guest: Okay.

Guest: Good Morning too, I would like to make a reservation.
Telephone Operator: May I know who’s on the line please?
