INFORMATION
The undersigned Prosecutor accuses DOGADOGA PAGUL DAUT a.k.a
‘DAUT’ and MASIDIN DAUT TANGKAS, both residents of Barangay Panang, Wao,
Lanao del Sur of the crime of VIOLATION OF SECTION 12 (Possession of
Equipment, Instrument, Apparatus and other Paraphernalia for Dangerous Drugs)
ART. II OF REPUBLIC ACT No. 9165 otherwise known as the “Comprehensive
Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002” committed as follows:

That on or about 11:56 in the morning of March 29, 2022 at Purok 2,


Barangay Panang, Municipality of Wao, Province of Lanao del Sur and within
the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the above-named accused,
conspiring, confederating and mutually helping one another, without being
authorized by law to possess or otherwise use any equipment, instrument,
apparatus and other paraphernalia for dangerous drugs, did then and there
willfully, unlawfully and feloniously have in their possession, direct custody
and control, in violation of the above-cited law, the following items, namely;

- two (2) pieces rounded foil;


- two (2) pieces foil strips;
- one (1) piece steel scissor; and
- four (4) pieces lighters.
