SHERIFF’S PROGRESS REPORT


GREETINGS:

This will certify that on the 15 th day of July, 2022, undersigned submitted a
Notice before the Registry of Deeds of Manila pursuant to the Writ of Execution
dated June 20, 2022. Upon presentation of documents, undersigned was advised by
the receiving officer thereat that the original owner’s duplicate copy must be sur-
rendered to their office and not mere certified true copies thereof. As per Registry
of Deeds’ requirement, undersigned informed petitioner’s counsel of the proce-
dure, thus, a second Notice was issued on August 3, 2022 attaching therein the
original copies of TCT No. 258798; TCT No. 214813, TCT 214814, TCT No.
214851 and TCT No. 002-2016000991 which was submitted to the undersigned by
the petitioner-Counsel’s courier. All of the above-mentioned Original Titles
were duly received by the Registry of Deeds on August 4, 2022, as per Assess-
ment Form and Payment Order dated August 4, 2022 and acknowledged by Allan
Esguerra Zara, Land Registration Examiner I, hereto attached as “Annex A”, the
proof of the Titles submitted as Annex “A-1”; A-2”; “A-3”, “A-4” and “A-5”. The
official receipt of the transaction is also hereto attached as Annex “B” in the
amount of ₱ 3,861.63.
Since the process is already in the hands of the Registry of Deeds, under-
signed has no other recourse but to wait for their assessment and feedback in order
to him to evaluate the course of action he will undertake in furtherance of the im-
plementation of the Writ of Execution. Since the undersigned and the Petitioner’s
Counsel had contact thru telephone, undersigned has not submitted his periodic re-
port as provided for in Rule 14, Rules of Court of the Philippines as his report will
now be dependent on the feedback the Registry of Deeds will have anent the
granted Petition per Writ of Execution dated June 20, 2022 now pending before it.
In view thereof and in deference to the Manifestation and Motion dated Oc-
tober 19, 2022, undersigned hereby submits his Sheriff’s progress report for the
Court’s information and guidance.
