Enrichment

1. Freewriting is commonly used throughout the prewriting stage to assist writers

generate concepts about a certain topic. To use this method, write continuously
for 5-10 minutes about whatever comes to mind about your topic. Ignore
grammar, spelling, and organization while keeping your pen and mind moving.
Freewriting is similar to brainstorming, except the result is a rambling, detailed
paragraph instead of a list. This method can also be used at a later stage of
freewriting.
2. Freewriting is the method of writing non stop for about 5 or 10 minutes to help
writers to produce ideas about a certain topic. It is similar to brainstorming, in
which the writer keeps the mind moving, except that freewriting is not in list form.
