When ER5 appears on the control panel, please make sure that the load is within the rated capacity. Try reducing the load on the desk and resetting

5.Display Shows Control Panel Problems

If the control panel has no response or can't adjust the desk, check all cable connections and outlet power. Make sure the desk is plugged in properly.
Try unplugging the system, and resetting after plugging back in.

 Error Codes

1 Operating Control Panel

Below are the possible error codes that may be displayed on the control panel.

Error Code Description

Overload during downward movement. Keep load within rated capacity. Unplug the desk and
ER1 reset after plugging back to resolve.

Controller overheated and needs to cool. Automatically resolves after approximately

ER2
20 minutes.

ER3 Motor cable connection fault. Reconnect and reset.

Desk overload, reduce load on desk. If problem occurs with minimal or no load on the desk,
ER5 control unit might need to be replaced.

Note:
1. Self-protection function: starts if the desk operates with "HOT" displayed on the controller for more than 2 minutes. The system will cool off, reset, and return to
normal operation after approximately 20 minutes. Do not force-reset the system by unplugging while in self-protection or "HOT" state to avoid permanent damage.
